Meditation Techniques Using Bach Flower Essences

If you practice meditation techniques, this will be great when using Bach flower essences. The most powerful method to use the essences is taking several drops just before you go on to meditation. It doesn’t matter what type and technique of meditation you prefer. Bach flower essences will transform your common meditation to unique experience. You will remember this try. One of the meditation techniques using Bach essences is the following. Take one drop and find a quiet place where nothing will bother you. Sit comfortably. Start the meditation from the process of breathing. Watch you breathe, notice how the air comes through your nose, then throat and at least it comes to the lungs. Continue then vice versa: follow the air on the back way. Feel how it leaves your lungs, fills the throat and comes out through the nose. Don’t change the process of breathing or adjust it to your mood. Just let your mind understand and grasp the fact that you are breathing.
This is the first point to relaxation. Watch your thoughts but don’t control them. Imagine that your thoughts are like bubbles. Feel like you are the observer inside yourself. Let the essences influence your feelings, emotions and the inner state. They are capable to get deep inside you where you cannot perceive yourself consciously. It doesn’t matter what you really think about or whether you just imagine something. You have to be the passive observer of your mind. You may be curious and conceive your thoughts in any way. It also doesn’t matter whether there is any sense in your images.
If you find a strong emotion or deep feeling, let yourself come closer and watch it clearly if you want. Or if you feel yourself comfortable as far as possible from that feeling, do not try to remember and take a good look at it. When you finish with it, don’t hesitate and let it disappear at the top of your mind. It will fly off and leave only good inside you. Your soul is able to learn from every feeling, either positive or negative. Just let it do so. It might happen that there are bubbles you aren’t ready to examine. Just leave them aside and go on to another one. If you find out that you are worried and lose control over the meditation, return to the first step and follow the air coming through you. Watch you breathe again to gain calm. When you think you are ready to finish the observation, open your eyes and look at the surrounding world. It will change and seem different to you. Don’t be in a hurry, get used to your new perception. The world got renewed and you are enjoying it in the way it is.
